Thrive360 Residence
Empowering young women aging out of foster care by providing safe, stable housing and a supportive environment that fosters independence, education, employment, and personal growth. This program is designed to help young women transition into adulthood with the skills, confidence and resources they need to build a successful, self-sufficient life. It offers stability as they navigate to transition into independence and provides comprehensive training in essential life skills and mental health. Participants receive individualized support and mentorship to encourage personal growth.

Why This Matters
Thrive360 matters because transition into adulthood is a challenging adjustment for all, let alone coming from generational cycles of trauma. The statistic show that when youth who age out of foster care don't have the necessary skills, tools, or supports, they are at high risk of continuing the cycle of poverty. Thrive360 supports young ladies with development critical thinking skills which not having to worry about housing which is a critical basic need.
